為了進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)家校聯(lián)系,促進(jìn)學(xué)校與家庭,教師與家長(zhǎng)的交流溝通,更好的形成家校教育合力,無(wú)錫外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校雙語(yǔ)小學(xué)部于11月27日下午召開(kāi)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)。

雙語(yǔ)小學(xué)部學(xué)工部協(xié)助家長(zhǎng)會(huì)的召開(kāi),特組織五年級(jí)的學(xué)生做好家長(zhǎng)簽到工作,同學(xué)們用禮貌地問(wèn)候和指引獲得了與會(huì)家長(zhǎng)們的一致好評(píng)。

Students' affair department assisted the parents meeting, organized the fifth grade students to do the parents check-in work, students with polite greetings and guidance received by the parents at the meeting of praise.

家長(zhǎng)會(huì)開(kāi)始前,雙語(yǔ)小學(xué)部邀請(qǐng)國(guó)家二級(jí)心理咨詢師、美國(guó)正面管教家長(zhǎng)講師程映虹程老師為家長(zhǎng)們帶來(lái)一場(chǎng)關(guān)于情緒管理的系列知識(shí)講座。程老師就家長(zhǎng)們?cè)谌粘I钪薪?jīng)常會(huì)遇見(jiàn)的孩子的不良情緒提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,正確引導(dǎo)家長(zhǎng)利用科學(xué)合理的方法疏導(dǎo)孩子情緒。

Before the parents' meeting, bilingual primary school invited national second-level psychological consultant and American lecturer on positive parenting, Ms. Cheng Yinghong, to give parents a series of lectures on emotion management.Teacher Cheng put forward some suggestions on the bad emotions of children that parents often meet in daily life, and correctly guide parents to use scientific and reasonable methods to channel children's emotions.

緊接著,各班班主任主持各班家長(zhǎng)會(huì),各科任教師分別在班級(jí)向各位家長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)學(xué)生在該學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)情況,并提出學(xué)習(xí)等各方面的家教建議,家長(zhǎng)們認(rèn)真聆聽(tīng),積極與教師們交流討論。

Then, each homeroom teacher presided over each class parents meeting, teachers of all subjects reported students' learning in the subject to parents in the class, and put forward suggestions on learning and other aspects, parents listened carefully, and actively communicated and discussed with teachers.

通過(guò)交流,家長(zhǎng)們獲得了許多具有參照性、可操作性的家庭教育方法,對(duì)如何尊重和關(guān)愛(ài)孩子,培養(yǎng)孩子的良好行為習(xí)慣達(dá)成共識(shí)。會(huì)后,許多家長(zhǎng)表示將為了孩子的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,對(duì)孩子的教育將更注重理性和方法,加強(qiáng)與教師和學(xué)校的溝通,密切配合學(xué)校的教育舉措,共同促進(jìn)孩子的成長(zhǎng)。

Through communication, parents have obtained a lot of family education methods with reference and operability, and reached a consensus on how to respect and care for children and cultivate their children's good behavior.After the meeting, many parents said that for the sake of their children's progress and development, they will pay more attention to their children's education , strengthen communication with teachers and schools, closely cooperate with the school's education initiatives, and jointly promote the growth of children.

本次家長(zhǎng)會(huì)有效地促進(jìn)了家校交流與合作,為進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建家校交流平臺(tái)起到了橋梁作用,共同為孩子的明天創(chuàng)造良好的家校一體化的教育環(huán)境。
