在科技發(fā)展的今天，商業(yè)以逆襲之勢席卷潮流，企業(yè)家風起云涌，無數(shù)商業(yè)大佬站在時代的肩膀上！未來多元化社會，需要具備綜合商業(yè)素養(yǎng)的人才。

 國外商學院炙手可熱，國內(nèi)商業(yè)教育尚處空白，選擇一個專業(yè)商業(yè)實踐活動平臺，提前試水商科，在進入大學前增加知識儲備。

當小伙伴們還沉浸在寒假的快樂氣氛中時，無錫外國語學校國際課程中高中部一行6位同學在老師的帶領下就整裝前往香港參加了為期5天的金融實習活動。6位同學被分成兩組分別進入富通保險公司和美國友邦保險有限公司兩家世界500強企業(yè)輪崗研習。

1. 商界大佬如何起步？

“千里之行始于足下”，在成為商界大佬之前，商界小白們需要掌握基本的財務知識。

第一天，同學們在聽完公司的相關(guān)介紹后就在導師的指導下查閱相關(guān)資料。

在午飯后的“you show what you know”環(huán)節(jié)，同學們要以presentation（演講）的方式將自己搜集到的信息與大家共享。有的小組分享了保險的基本知識，包括保險的類型等，有的小組分享公司的產(chǎn)品、服務，以及各部門的職責等。

通過這樣的實踐過程，同學們表示，自己關(guān)于怎樣整合數(shù)據(jù)和利用搜集到的信息支持自己的觀點的疑惑在這個過程中得到了解答。

2. 如何分析基金

經(jīng)過第一天對于保險有了一個宏觀的了解與認識之后，同學們開始進入到具體的對6個不同基金的分析中。

同學們需要運用到PMI指數(shù)（采購經(jīng)理指數(shù)）來預測各個基金的發(fā)展趨勢，以及公司將來的發(fā)展和投資方向。為了作出滿意的分析，同學們都工作到凌晨兩三點，有的同學感慨自己終于認識到了工作的艱辛之處，對于金融行業(yè)也有了更加準確直觀的了解與認識。

在進行presentation的時候，同學們面對導師尖銳的評論與提問，也是非常緊張，但仍舊鎮(zhèn)定地予以回答。在問答的過程中，同學們也表示認識到了自己的缺陷，并且向其他組學習到了經(jīng)驗。

3. 王先生的投資方案

最后一個環(huán)節(jié)就是根據(jù)所學的理論知識，為王先生提供一套合適的投資方案。為了制定出一套讓客戶滿意的方案，同學們也是殫精竭慮。在吃飯時也不忘與導師進行討論，以便得到導師的建議與指導。

為期五天的金融實習圓滿落下了帷幕，同學們在這期間收獲頗豐，不僅可以學習到與國際接軌的商業(yè)金融理論知識及素養(yǎng)課程，更進入世界500強企業(yè)實地體驗，融入最前沿的商業(yè)氛圍，零距離鑒習商界尖端高管們的非凡運營理念。

在5天的實訓時間里，孩子們跟隨導師努力學習，根據(jù)每天布置的課題，小組合作研究課題，出色完成了自己的實訓展示，得到導師們的一致認可，獲得世界500強企業(yè)的實習證明和企業(yè)推薦信，斬獲開啟未來大門的金鑰匙。

4. 他山之石

當同學們投入到商業(yè)實習中難以自拔的時候，帶隊的黃老師走訪了香港多所大學，與學校的招生官見面，了解各所大學的招生要求與申請流程，以便同學們將來進入到這幾所大學就讀。

此外，黃老師還與就業(yè)指導中心相關(guān)負責人進行交談，邀請畢業(yè)生進入無錫外國語學校國際課程中心工作，為國際教育注入新鮮血液。

The department we were experiencing today was the investment fund department. First, Teacher gave us today's mission: To take two different high- risk fund, medium-risk fund and low risk fund, to do data analysis in the past two years, and to analyze the reason of their ups and downs as well as their prospects, including understanding the background of the company and the scope of the investment.

So, our team was divided again, and I was responsible for investigating a high-risk fund and a medium-risk fund. I first searched for the summary table on relevant websites, picking out a high-risk funds F160 and a medium-risk fund F172. Through their changes in the last two years, I drew the relevant conclusions. At last, I got to understand the company's development and investment direction and tried to infer its development prospects.

Through today's internship, I learned a lot about the fund. I know how to go to a fund for analysis, how to judge whether it runs a high risk or low risk, and according to different fund company, to determine the cause of the rise and fall, then to make a forecast. I didn't know anything about this, but through my internship today, I am no longer unfamiliar with the fund. Instead, I know how to analyze the fund. I think I am more and more interested in finance. The opportunity of this internship is very rare and meaningful. I am very happy to learn a lot of new knowledge every day.

Today is my last day as an intern at Fortis insurance company. It's half a day. After arriving at the company in the afternoon, I first Shared the experience with the leader of the other group. We have one thing in common that we feel homesick in Hong Kong since the second day because of the pressure of work and mental exhaustion. After that, we, all the members, got to share our feelings with each other. What impressed me most was a girl in our group, who said that she was very grateful to me for being the group leader, which made me touched and even brought a lump in my throat. I was laughing but my eyes were wet. I never thought anyone would remember a little bit of what I did. When it came to the awards, it was our team that received the honor of the best team. We lived up to our hope the night before. To be honest, this internship experience has left me exhausted, but I think it's more about learning and growing.
